Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 9 March 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by COMPLY GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC., doing business as Comply.ph (“Comply.ph”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing or engaging any services through our website or through a written engagement letter, you agree to the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. Nature of Services

Comply.ph provides professional corporate compliance and business support services, including but not limited to:

  • company incorporation and business registration
  • tax registration and compliance
  • accounting and bookkeeping services
  • payroll administration
  • employer-of-record (EOR) services
  • corporate secretarial and statutory compliance services.

Because these services involve professional time, preparation of documents, and government filings, refunds are subject to the conditions described below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:

Before Work Has Commenced

Clients may request a refund of professional service fees if the request is made before work has begun on the service.

Once the Company has begun preparing documents, providing consultations, or initiating regulatory filings, the service shall be deemed commenced, and the service fees may become partially or fully non-refundable.

Service Not Delivered

If Comply.ph is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to the Company, the client may request a refund of the applicable professional fees.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@comply.ph

3. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable under all circumstances once paid:

Government Fees

Fees paid to government agencies, including but not limited to:

  • Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
  • Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
  • local government units (LGUs)
  • Social Security System (SSS)
  • PhilHealth
  • Pag-IBIG Fund.

Once applications or filings have been submitted to the relevant authority, these fees cannot be refunded.

Third-Party Fees

Fees charged by third-party providers such as:
  • notarization services
  • printing providers
  • courier services
  • software subscriptions
  • bank charges.

Work Already Completed

Professional services that have already been rendered, including consultations, document preparation, regulatory filings, or advisory services, are non-refundable.

Many corporate service providers similarly exclude refunds once government filings or professional work have commenced.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, Comply.ph may issue a partial refund of professional service fees if:

  • the service has not yet been fully completed; and
  • a portion of the work has not yet been performed.

The amount of the refund will be determined by the Company based on:
  • the stage of service completion
  • professional time already spent
  • administrative and processing costs incurred.

5. Cancellation of Services

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice via email to: support@comply.ph

Upon cancellation:

  • any outstanding invoices become immediately payable;
  • services in progress may be stopped;
  • completed work will be delivered if applicable.

If a service has already commenced, cancellation may not entitle the client to any refund of professional fees.

6. Subscription and Recurring Services

For recurring services such as:

  • bookkeeping
  • payroll processing
  • corporate secretarial services
  • compliance retainers

clients may cancel their subscription by providing at least thirty (30) days’ written notice unless otherwise stated in the applicable service agreement.

Fees already billed for the current service period are non-refundable.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, where possible.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days from the date of approval, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

8. Refusal of Service

Comply.ph reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:

  • the client provides false or misleading information
  • the requested service involves illegal or prohibited activities
  • the client breaches the Terms of Service.

In such cases, refunds may not be granted for services already performed.

9. Changes to this Policy

Comply.ph reserves the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
